Hollie Castro is a global business leader with coaching, technology, and human capital strategy expertise. She has 18 years successful business experience in entrepreneurial ventures and corporations like IBM, GE & Cisco Systems. She has significant experience in coaching senior business leaders to drive business strategy and leadership. Hollie’s experience leading global teams has taken her to Europe, Asia, India and South America with language fluency in English, Italian, Portuguese, French, and Spanish. Most recently Hollie founded Global Rainmakers Coaching & Consulting. Global Rainmakers specializes in acceleration coaching for individuals, teams and groups at all levels of the company--new graduates to executives. Hollie enjoys spending time with her family, international travel, gourmet cooking, collecting wine, following World-Cup soccer, and Formula One Racing.

Judi Sammons is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in the field of speech therapy, as well as, coaching individuals, families and couples to live more vibrant, meaningful lives. She has 43 years of successful professional experience working in private practice and non-profit organizations. Judi has also made her mark on the world as an artist of watercolor greeting cards, a certified Compton Accent Modification specialist, an accomplished writer, and a grandmother. Most recently, Judi has co-founded Global Rainmakers, an acceleration coaching company focused on coaching, consulting, and development of today and tomorrow’s leaders. Judi currently oversees the L3 coaching division, a division of Global Rainmakers dedicated to helping individuals live a life of purpose, satisfaction, and happiness. Judi loves spending time with her husband Stan, her family and animal friends, in nature, gardening, reading, hiking, biking and swimming.

Julia Hall is an entrepreneurial leader with 25 years experience in corporate travel management, working with corporations such as Microsoft, Nike, Nordstrom, and Weyerhauser. As a business owner and a corporate consultant, Julia has lead teams in sales, management, training and most recently in non-profit fund raising when she helped found and build a public radio station. She believes in a playful workplace and in building exceptional, lifelong business relationships that expand with individuals and organizations. Julia currently oversees the corporate sales division of Global Rainmakers. She loves watching her husband Ron play rugby, is learning to tango, enjoys playing the violin for her wild and wooly dogs and is pursuing her pilots license.

Vanessa Jergensen is a versatile leader with coaching, program development, community restoration, and sales experience from non-profit sectors to the corporate world. Her experience living and working cross-culturally have given her a unique insight into working with global teams. Currently, Vanessa specializes in sales and coaching programs at Global Rainmakers, an acceleration coaching company focused on coaching, consulting, and development of today and tomorrow’s leaders. Vanessa spends a significant time outside of her work at GRM as a mentor, coach, and leader for high school youth. This passion for youth leads her on adventures such as overnight bus trips to California, building homes in Mexico, and late night chats over cups of tea. Vanessa lives with her husband Daniel in Colorado where she enjoys hiking, playing Ultimate Frisbee, international travel, reading a good book in her hammock, and going to Starbucks with friends.

Dan Sherrill is an accomplished leader with coaching, IT, planning and forecasting, purchasing and business operations expertise. He has 19 years experience at Hewlett Packard in various locations and positions and has traveled throughout North America and Europe during his career. Dan currently leads the Finance and Operations for Global Rainmakers. Global Rainmakers specializes in acceleration coaching for global professionals, teams, and organizations locally and around the world coaching individuals to lead balanced, fulfilling lives. Dan enjoys spending time with his family as well as baseball, hunting, fishing, hiking, camping and has a passion for passing on the legacy of the outdoors to future generations.
